This single panel altarpiece was commissioned by Matthias Landauer for a chapel joined to a retirement home for craftsmen. The scene depicts the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as a focal point around which gather groups of Old Testament prophets on the right, and the Blessed Virgin Mary with the Christian saints and martyrs on the left.
